When an alarm trips at 3 a.m., the last thing you want is to be phoning the police yourself — with monitoring, that response is handled for you while you stay safe. Monitored Loch systems report to a ULC-listed monitoring centre operated by our monitoring partner LANVAC, whose operators verify the alarm and request police, fire or medical dispatch for Edmonton addresses.
